Abstract

The main role of planning new traffic sections and routes is to reduce traffic congestion. It is also about more efficient development of transport and transport systems in the regions. An essential factor that needs to be applied is the role of qualitative analyzes. Qualitative analyzes need to be applied ex ante in the planning of transport sections and routes.
